Bathrooms run 2–3 weeks, kitchens 4–6 weeks, roofs 2–5 days, and whole-home transformations 8–16 weeks. Your contract includes a milestone calendar with completion dates — and penalties on our side if we miss them.

Core trades — carpentry, tile, painting, project management — are in-house. Specialist work (solar, roofing, security) goes through background-checked, long-term partners who work to our contracts and under our warranty, always supervised by your dedicated PM.
In most cases, yes. We seal work zones with dust barriers, run daily cleanups, and respect quiet hours you define. For whole-home transformations we'll build a realistic live-in plan together during the design phase.
